Had a good tuition sesh from Shem, far better that the lessons I'd had in SA. As a result of feeling poorly I didn't get wet but went buggying instead.

It was great fun, especially as a good way to learn about where to put the kite for power etc. I didn't think I went that fast but Shem assures me I went fast enough to cause concern! I don't think the twisting did much for my back, but like I say, good fun.
